Does anyone know a US location where I can have a Ksyrium SL tubular front wheel with the 25mm rim rebuilt?

Mavic no longer provides that service.

What's the problem ? Do you need a new rim ?

Yes, that's correct.

The wheel has ~50k miles on it and has developed micro cracks at some of the nipple drillings. Given the mileage I'd also want to use new spokes.

Two years ago Mavic did these rebuilds thru the LBS but that's no longer the case.

Depending on the year of the wheel you may have to try your luck online just for the parts, Mavic no longer makes spokes and rims for alot wheels older than 2005

Probably as cost effective just to get a brand new wheel.

That's why I asked the previous question.

I would second the "replace" option. Maybe find a sturdy tubular rim (won't be easy with those drillings), and some CX Ray spokes.
