Introducing my new ride, a Wilier Cento1 SR in Fluo Green w/ (mostly) old SRAM Red. Big thanks to my LBS (Véloro Bicycles) for jumping through hoops and getting this imported for me. The green isn't a color the US distributor is normally doing.

6.7kg (14.8 lbs) with race wheels.

Build list:

Large 2013 Wilier Cento1 SR
SRAM Red shifters and cranks with Force FD, rings and Rival RD and brakes
Selle Italia Flite Kit Carbonio saddle
Look Ti Blade pedals
Ritchey Carbon Matrix 4-Axis stem (120mm)
Williams Maxim ACS aluminum bars

Wheels include:
2010 Reynolds Assault tubulars w/ Vittoria Evo Corsa, ti skewers and SRAM Red cassette
2011 Hed Jet 4 clinchers
2012 Williams S19 clinchers w/ Mich Pro4 25mm tires, normal skewers and lower end SRAM cassette

Could get this build's weight down a good bit with lighter brakes, carbon bars and FSA Evo386 cranks. I'm happy for the moment though and my bank account is looking a little lean.

Super impressed with the ride. Very, very, very stiff. It feels fast but is a bit punishing over rough road. This is not an old man's charity ride bike! Stiffer and more solid feeling then my Scott Addict or my Ridley Damocles. Reminds me of the CAAD10 I used to have. Would like to ride the two back to back.

Love the way it handles. Very active and quick but still stable. Did one quick 1.6 mile, -6%, twisty mountain road descent with it and found the bike very confidence inspiring. Haven't really pushed it though.

Na, I wear men's bibs, not women's shorts.

Wouldn't mind a pair of Fizik shoes though!

I knew I'd seen that shade of green somewhere before

Oh yeah and I like it too, a welcome change from the black and red.

So do you like it more than the CAAD-10?

IDK, my CAAD10 was a hair too big for me. Do know this frame is way cooler looking though!

Love the bike, I was thinking in getting one to.
Do you mind telling me your height and inseam?
I am trying to decide between large and extralarge.
Thanks

Nice!!

Do you have any plans on putting together a new component set (dedicated to this frame's stature) and then switching it over?

Oh, and what watch? Nice Zulu band, but the watch?

Thanks all.

About 185cm and 88cm. Bike seems to fit me perfectly with a 12cm, -6% stem. Reach on the bars is pretty short.

Probably not. Group works well. Might swap out the brakes and cranks in the Spring to drop a little weight though. That's like $1200 for maybe 200g though. Carbon bars would be another 40g but I like how stiff those aluminum ones are.

Watch is just an old PO. http://www.flickr.com/photos/milliron/4 ... otostream/

That you even need to qualify whether this superbike is better than the CAAD10 says a lot for the CAAD10. And I agree it looks fantastic.

Hello again
so you are over 6 feet tall (185cm) and a 34 1/2 (88cm) inseam! Are you sure about these numbers?
I am 182cm tall and have an inseam of 86cm and my LBS is recommending me to go with the XL frame, not the Large like yours!!.

I am 182cm as well and IMHO an XL would be too large.
