Hi all,

Deliver your trendsetters :)

Only currently no images in the final configuration.

This is not an expensive project, good enough for the price performance ratio.

"Not an expensive project" is always a subjective term on WW.

Good observation.

Sake changes to Giant just a newer model. Just a nice straight look to this combination.
Thank you

Looks great! I really like the look of raw aluminum frames. Nice weight, too!

How did you strip paint/polish the frame? If you did the work yourself what tools/materials did you use? Or did you send the frame to a shop?

I'm also considering a similar finish (raw lightly polished) with an Alu frame.

Also, if you have some more pictures of the frame, it would be nice to see them. :beerchug:

Hi there,

Glad your interest.

The frame has been polished and then varnished. Before finishing the frame shone like a mirror. I chose the wrong varnish. After polishing the frame became partially opaque.

Work has been quite a bit. I used paint remover and small roughness paper.

This frame sells.

Sorry so long undiscovered.

Thanks!!!

I do not have a lot of pictures but ...

Amazing! I was planning on doing the same thing, but couldn't find the right size frame. Why did you clear coat it and not just wax it?
