I agree. This frame looks like it's on steroids (I'm not saying that it doesn't look good), so I would look for at least 50mm rims if not 60mm+.

Great build but I agree that it would look better still with deeper dish rims. They would also fit in with its 'aero' mission statement.

wow listen to you guys go apeshit over some dudes hood angle?
does it feel good when you get on the bike? did you get professionally fit? does anything hurt after 50 miles in the saddle?
thats what matters I'm afraid
bike looks great, just keep riding it. I think that integral brake setup is way better than the new Madone "find it if you can" bottom bracket setup!
Nice Aero Ride!!!

Here it is in it's current form.
Changes:
Enve 6.7 tubular wheelset
PlanetX skewers
Arundel cages
Enve compact bars (purchased from a fellow WW)
Keo Max Carbon pedals
SLR XP saddle
K-Edge mount
Love the wheels, they are amazing and are a perfect compliment to the bike. Will try to get it on the scale tomorrow.

Weight is 7.08kg with the ENVE wheels. They aren't the lightest wheels but they roll amazingly well. Perfect for the flat to slightly rolling terrain I live around. I don't exactly live near mountains.

A few more updates, move to Ultegra Di2. It is heavier but performs beautifully. Also, threw some some ENVE 8.9s on it. They are going on the BMC TM01 I'm building it up but I couldn't resist trying out "beast mode" on this bike. It is post ride so ignore the bottle and dirty handlebars.
