My ftp is somewhat uncertain as my Srm has a flat battery and is heading for service. Guesstimate is somewhere around 360W.

Aug 29 ^^

Now about 76-77 kilos, SRM back in business, haven't done any max effort 20 minutes yet... Dreading those tests, and the weather lately has been too bad :-)
However the dropoff in my CP-curve suggests FTP somewhere between 350 and 360W. Given that we're in off season and I've cut somewhat back on training and, not to mention, structured training, I'm hoping the FTP might have been somewhat higher in July/August when I was in my best shape ever.

Its noticeable on steep climbs. But otherwise, I actually feel more powerful.

I'm actually hoping to gain some weight this year, but hopefully not bodyfat. I think chronic undereating was stunting my power before as I lost a considerable amount of top end and my FTP didn't improve at a lower bodyweight.

Last year I was 75kg with a peak FTP of 340-350, but this year I'd be fine with being around 77-79kg if the power is there. There are no sustained climbs in races where I live and even then if my FTP were closer to 375 I'd still be at 4.7-4.8 w/kg which is more than enough for my level (because people are often stupid).
Don't take me too seriously. The only person that doesn't hate Froome.

im at 68kg right now

going into the off season with a pretty intense programme, lots of L6-L4 and lifting, might gain a bit of weight, I dont mind either as long as I climb as fast as I did before and my w/kg improves or at least doesnt drop.

Racing xco mtb events.

I have had the flu .I have been eating lots of nice stuff on and off for 2 weeks and feel lousy . Back on the good food . Eating a lot of bad food really does slow you down .
