After some troubles with fitting in Cannondale geomtery i finally found position i could accept however it still isn't that what i'd like to be nevertheless it's too light and too stiff frame to let it go just like that. It is a bike that wasn't supposed to be but i like its simplicity and agility so i decided to keep it with me. At this moment it weights 5.3kg but i'm still wainting for some parts(seatclamp and bottle cage from smud, SI SL2 cranks with OPI chainrings, and new red cassette)

Spec:

frame: Cannondale EVO Ultimate 54(739gram with hanger)
wheels: tune mig70/170, CX-Ray, Dt Swiss 32 tubular rims(1004grams)
bars: Zipp SL 44cm
bartape: Lizard Skin
stem: Extralite Road OC 120mm
seatpost: USE Alien Carbon - sanded and shortened(146grams)
seat: fizik Anaters 00
shifters: Sram Red 2012 sanded
cables: Niro Glide
brakes: TRP 970 SL
rear drl: Sram Red Black with tuning kit (122gram)
fron drl: Sram Red Black
chain: KMC SL
cranks: SI SL with MK V chainrings
pedals: Speedplay + Ti axle and Ti plates(145grams)

Sweetness!

How'd the sanding go on the levers? Literally just sandpaper? What type?

I know that green hubs may not fit to the rest of the bike too well but it was intentional. I just didn't want another set of black hubs. If they were black the whole was too boring and it this way "tune crazy green" gives some "live" to the blackness of other components.

The levers were sanded with water sandpaper in turn 500, 1000, 2000 it took about 5 houres but levers are smooth, a little shiny and look really nice.

BTW finally i got today seatclamp and bottle cage from SMUD so it's 35grams less now.

You're saying it doesn't fit. It doesn't look like it fits. There's plenty of nice bikes out there, including a bigger Cannondale, why not get one that fits?

These plates(inner and outer) were made by my friend, jockey wheels and bolts were taken from xx-light-bikes.de It works as original - quick and firmly

Fit? Who cares. The bike looks fantastic. I really like the Evo, and the Ultimate (and Black) is the slickest of all of their designs, by far.
