Probably not, but some people don't like the speedplay setup. Some people just loathe speedplay, but (loathing aside) if you prefer the look keo setup, you're not going to get much lighter (that I know of anyway).
Speedplay is the devil!

I'd love to know the statistics of body mass on this forum. Seems half the people are complaining about weight limits around 90 kg. Seems somewhat ironic.

The exostar titanium spindles have a weight limit of 85kg (187lbs). Snapping a spindle while riding is no joke and I'm sure they post that weight limit for a reason.

At 6'2" I'm fine with weighing 195-200lbs. :beerchug:

I don't believe a Look Ti spindle is any stronger.
I have Look Keo Ti old version and spindle wore out very fast.

Garmin-Cervelo are using Exustar pedals...Not sure what spindle they use, but for a price it is definitely worth a try.
