I'd recommend an XR270 rather than an Open Pro. My experience with Open Pros on a Powertap was poor. They're not very stiff rims and they eventually crack at a spoke hole. XR270s weigh the same or a little less and are stiffer due to larger cross section, making a stronger wheel that lasts longer.

You can lace the PT hub 1x heads in on the DS to increase the bracing angle. Supposedly the G3 hub flange spacing was improved over the older PT hub I have, so it may not work on the G3.

will be 60mm carbon tubular rim good- 24 holes (internal nipples)- DS 1x heads in, NDS 2x
sapim cx ray spokes
max spoke tension 130kg
for training and racing on elite level?
