You talking about the one with all the paint on it? That this was 3.2 pounds IIRC. Not light. Very stiff, strong and durable. the frame is showing up tomorrow so we can add a little bit more tire clearance, I'll throw it on the scale. Stiff. We used a straight gauge downtube and a butted downtube as a top tube and 22mm straight wall seatstays and 25.4mm straight wall round chainstays... Made some big vent holes though!
As to the "standard" made to measure HD frames-
If I recall the ISP frames come in around 3 pounds for the equivalent of a square 60cm frame and a 780mm seatube. I can shave about 160 grams with lighter seatstays on those things and shave another 10 grams with lighter chainstays and more with custom butting the headtubes and all of that other stuff. Thicker walled chainstays are worth the grams.
I've only been getting orders from the big+tall set for those bikes so far since so many people fit our smaller production frames really well. I've been trying to remember to weigh more stuff lately. I seem to continually lose my notes.
A short person finally ordered a bike with that tube kit in the 55cm range, with the butt lengths on the tubes we use we should be able to cut some serious weight since we can chop a bunch of material off what would normally be the long butt and cut as much meat off of the ISP as possible. With a standard seatube a normal size bike would be goshdarn light I think. Having a butt gauge makes that stuff so much less of a hassle.
Those aluminum ISP tubes are really thick from about 10cm below the seat cluster up to the top of the shaft. It would be really nice to have triple-butted ISP tubes. Seatmasts are pretty silly though since there are so many great seatposts out there and it's such an immense chore to travel with the beastly long seatubes. When I have the ISP seatubes in stock I add $50 to the price. I pay twice as much for the tube because it's about twice as long, so it makes sense. I have to special order those things so it can add extra leadtime while I'm waiting for the boat to show up from Europe.
