If they don't have offset spoke hole drilling, that would mean they are suitable to use with triplet lacing, e.g. Bikehubstore SL218 rear hub in 16:8 drilling? Could be a nice lowbudget aero set with 20/24 spokes.

To be honoust I don't think the weight of the wheels is that bad. Definitely given the rim height.
