Notubes with tubes and 'narrow' tyres - you can run whatever pressures you want.

The Crest has a low limit....I think it was high 30's with a mtb tire.
I did see a guy blow a 28ish tire with tube off of one at a dirt road ride....tire looked plenty firm when he rode out.
And I did see a cross tire with tube blow off this weekend....don't know what he was running for pressure.
Both caused some rim damage.
