That you can measure also. M4 is 4mm and M5 i 5mm or write to them. Maybe they reply faster than you get an answer here :)

These are great! I now use them on all of my MTBs.
Even 3x9 and 2x10. Never dropped a chain off the inside of the crankset. Doesn't do anything for drops over the outside, though.

It is usually used in conjunction with a bash guard.
