Help me indentify this Cannondale Hollowgram crank
I have two sets of cannondale hollowgram SI SL cranks and both of them have the "SL" on the front side of the crank and cannondale on the back. I picked these up maybe a year or two ago. I just recently got another set on ebay but the design is different. The arms look exactly the same but it says "SI SL" on the front and Hollowgram on the back. Is this a takeoff off a newer bike? Has anyone seen this design? I am posting links to photobucket.

According to Cannondale's page: http://www.cannondale.com/gear/component
The new less expensive SI cranks are labelled "Cannondale" on the interior non-drive arm (see images in url).
I would assume you posted pics of the new updated arms. (I don't like in "new" Hollowgram graphic
)
PM Starnut to confirm.

it looks like the new forged arm. cheaper, but hardly a dud. if there is no bond line, it's the forged version.
I believe what you have is the old SISL arms with the new graphics. Your weight is right there and with the bond line it is not the forged set.
My guess is they updated for graphics and used the new graphics on the old arms, probably don't have enough stock of new arm design to keep up with bike output so had to revert to older arms.

I bought a used Cannondale Hollowgram Si crankset with the bottom bracket and all the washers and bolts that were on a 2003 ironman bike from a guy on craiglsits for $25. Did I make a good purchase or do these cranks have some recall that I am not aware of.

The Hollowgram SI (carbon) cranks are FSA SLKs that were re-branded.

Ah! Not the ones I thought......you got an incredibly fantastic deal! I will give you $50 for them......ok, 75!
In all seriousness you could probably turn around and sell them for $400+

Thanks I was hoping I had something good. I already have the carbon ones you mentioned but everybody says these are better. I will pick them up next week and post an update.
