Sormano is clearly too easy. They need to find some real hills for next year.

It's that easy gearing. Let's go back to the 50's then we'll see what up!

At RAI Sport Due, They aired footage from the 60's race, the peloton going up the Sormano climb on 42x26 that was the lowest gear of the time,

Seems that the fastest ascent record dates still from those years.

Classy win in the rain Purito  Maybe his bottle-throw celebration will rival Sagan's Forrest Gump

Bullshit. Is there actually a list anywhere? And was it used in the same place during the race?

Even if you go back to the 80's the times on basically everything aren't even peloton speeds now.

Classy win, but can't rival Sagan for creative line crossings.

Photo in VeloNews of DW taking the Madonna KOM reminded me of my ride getting the Strava KOM in 2010.... KOMs in Italy were a LOT easier back then, though. Bells didn't ring for me...

Right, but it would also a bit weird to go all out Sagan style with the chasers hardly in sight.
