I can't use my NG brakes with my Zipp FC clinchers due to little slack between brakesurface and brakeshoe in widest position.
Zipp's are 26.5mm wide on brakesurface
Would kcnc be a possible option ?
Sram red is also a contender nevertheless the weight penalty.
They must be black.. :?

What size of brake pad shoes are you using?

Ciamillo makes both standard profile, low profile and ultra low profile.

The latter should give you those couple of mm's needed. Might be better than buying a new set of brakes, if you are satisfied with your NG's.

Hi,

Didn't know ciamillo had these other brakeshoes. I presume I have the standard ones.
Thanks for the input !
And yes I"m satisfied with these brakes. Would be a shame to drop them fwiw.

Have a look at cycling.ciamillo.com...

Other wise most of their retailers can tell you exactly which shoes (if any?) are suitable for your Zipp wheels.
