+1.....0 or -6 degree stem with no spacers looks a bunch better than a -17 with a stack. Mean looking build!

Curious, how can you tell...have you actually seen him on the bike?

You can look at a bike and know if it is properly fit- no spacer tower, nice aggressive bar drop (this is a race bike after all), lots of seatpost (this is a compact frame), saddle is nice and centered on it's rails so we know he has the right setback dialed in, even how his bars are oriented with a nice flat straight ramp all the way out to the levers with a relatively long stem (that is properly suited to a racing bike)
Even without seeing the rider, I often see builds that say "you don;t belong on this frame"
You often see race bikes like the Rc5a or Wilier zero.7 or Evo turned into a "touring" bike for a middle aged dentist with level bars and seat, spacer tower, all suited up and ready to go at 12 mph into the Freaks Topic.
Cervelo race bikes are built for tiny, flexible, bike-racer types, and I bet this one gets to go fast.
I dont like staggering Lightweights (Ventoux front with Std 3 rear) though, but I Think the OP might be very light and therefore can get blown around with a Std 3 on the front in the hills? Am I right OP, do you stagger them for wind reasons or just fashion?
