Cant see why it should not be 11spd compatible. The RD is not indexed - its all in the shifters. The RD just moves what ever distance the shifters tell it to do.

It works perfectly well with SR11. I have a few customers running that combo.

Does anyone know were I can purchase the "tuning kit" rear carbon plate and jockey wheels? I went to fairwheelbikes and I can not see a back plate for sram. Can someone point me in the right direction?

they have two versions for Sram and you can pick what pulleys you want.
