Hey JTC... more carbon brakes
Moderator: robbosmans
Yeh, these look like the ones that have been posted before, but I find them a little ugly. I am pretty much giving up on the AX brakes and just bought some Zero Gravity brakes. Not carbon, but still look and perform great. I have about had it with AX, seems as if they can't even get the seat post I ordered finished.

AX-Lightness-you hit the nail right on the head. Their MO is-lets' put out stuff that takes 3 weeks to make(one at a time. of course) and create a demand months before we are supposedly ready to deliver product. Take advanced orders, keep moving the delivery dates back, keep taking more orders from people, and do not under any circumstances answer any e-mails from people who have been waiting over a year for any product. This is the most important part of this equation. So let us take a moment here on weight weenies and really discuss our own motivations and reflect on this situation.
Under normal circumstances in any other business, AX lightness would be out of business. It is time we collectivley decide not to highlight their products or even mention them on this or any other website. Too many stories about delayed orders is completely unacceptable. AX either has to be honest in their dealings with their customers or stop doing business. They have been like this since they started, and I am shocked that this has not changed in the least over the years. Enough is enough.
