Reading elsewhere, the Propel is apparently supposed to debut at the Tour Down Under in January but the frames won't be shipping until March 31.

No, that's what I thought but then I spoke to one of the sales reps. He said theyve shown a few media members a quick photo but still has a long way to go for even sneak peeks. He said to expect it at the very latest for 2014 (unlikely).

Thats an interesting point, I always had thought he advantage would be minimal at best.

They look like the same TRP V Brakes used on the Giant Trinity Composite frame.
