Here is a bad iPhone shot with the training wheels on. I originally built the wheels with the mango hubs for my cross bike but after I built them and took them out for a test ride on my road bike I fell in love. They are so smooth and light, even lighter than my FFWD's before tires/tubes/etc. I even like the way the mango looks...
Total weight is ~16.5 lbs or ~7.5 kg according to my bathroom scale... Over the next few weeks I plan on cataloging all the individual components and weights.
Now the fun part... how can I lose some more weight relatively cheaply?

Sorry about the bad pic... Hopefully the sun is shining this evening and I can get a good one outside with a real camera.
The picture is a bit outdated too. Since then I have ditched the white Cateye computer and picked up a Garmin Edge as well as flipped the stem for a lower position.

My photography skills still need some work but here we go...
In the next few months I plan on changing out the fork to an ENVE and replacing the chainset and front derailleur with the new SRAM Red.

Nice!
But I think it would look better with black bartape.

+1 on black hoods and tape
You can save an easy 200g by swapping the fork, take a look at my similar CAAD9 for possible ideas

I completely agree with the black bar tape, just picked up a roll of black S-Wrap Classic. I'll have to give the black hoods a try but I'm not sold on them yet.
ross - I took a look at your CAAD9, (Very Nice BTW!) Did you paint the 3T fork to match the frame?

Thanks. My fork came from a Cervelo, and the paint was close enough so I didn't get it matched although I got the paint codes from roadbikereview
The red decals on the '09 CAAD9 are "Race Red, Dupont chip #P34567" and the white paint is "DUPONT IMRON 6000 L3874"
