Does the bike pictured have an H1 or H2 headtube?

When it first came out I was in awe and really wanted to buy one; however, as time has passed it feels a bit like when Toyota redesigns the Camry.....looks fancy for a minute, then in 6 months every grandma in town is puttering 'round on one.

I was due up for new bike anyways with the needed upgrades as I prepare to CAT up this year making the new design as a bonus. I plan on keeping the 6.9 as a training bike and use the 7 series as my race only bike and anyone who buys a road bike should not be puttering around town... that's what hybrids are for :-)

Awesome design. I don't think you need to explain why you're getting this bike :).

I like it except the tumorous growth on the head tube and the chainrings look something Skilsaw designed.

Wow, glamisram, I did not notice the red and white stripes. That's hot! Please take more pics and your ride report. Mine has broken in nicely, could not ask for more.
