Not WW : hubs DT Swiss or White industries?

I have had two sets of 240s both laced to Stans rims.
As most people will tell you, they have been very reliable and servicing them is so easy.

I would say go with the White Industries. The DTs are overpriced and really aren't too special considering. The Whites are just as durable as the DTs yet they are easier to service and quite a bit cheaper.

Not getting into the ''stiffest hub'' debate

Dt Swiss come in black only and White Industries in black or silver. Fine if you like the options.

White Industries front hub = 199g. That is unfortunate or a brick in other words. Rear is 306g but you want the most reliabilty from the rear. That is what gives trouble most of the time.

So I would go for something light(cheap or expensive) at the front and figure out something good for the rear. Perhaps Chris King if you want reliable.

I have had 4 sets of White Industries already and no regrets about it.

However if you are counting grams, don't trust the claimed weight on WI website.

I agree with krzysiekmz that the front is a brick and because of this, I have bought & used the Hope Pro II Evo hub for the front. Cheaper & lighter.
