I'd contact the store ASAP. Ask them. They might tell you to return it or tell you to try to get it trued. It would suck to get it trued, and have some other issue, and then deal with the hassle of returning it after to tried to fix it yourself.

I took the wheel to a highend store thats local to me and they said as its new send it back and get another.
They didnt want to risk working on it and having some issue occur and then it be there problem.

seller offered 25euro refund for truing costs, Ill have to see if I can get it replaced ??

If you ask for a new wheel, they may just true it themselves and send it back. If they offer you money to get it trued, then you can have it done by someone you know. Its a risky move either way, knowing there could be more damage... But I'd send it back. Tell them what your LBS said.
