Usually, I just open a window......and just tolerate it. You get used to it and I seem to remember that the increased temp has some advantages as long as you hydrate fully.
If I'm doing something hideous like a Ventoux sim on the fortius, I switch the aircon on.

I used to use one of these:-
Sounds like a Cessna taking off. Loose bits of paper and small children WILL get blown around.

Generally ambient air temp isn't effective as cooling versus a high volume of air flow.

I have the same fan. I generally use it on the lowest setting, but if I'm doing a 20 minute or MAP test then I'll crank it up to setting 2 or 3. Beyond setting 1 it gets pretty loud.
It's only when I don't have the fan that I appreciate how much it does. Without a fan I find myself in a lot more pain riding in a pool of sweat.
I use a fan also. I largely only use the trainer during the winter, so the fan combined with me getting up early at about 5am to ride means that the temperature in my garage is around 8-10 degrees celcius. So I ride in that temp with a fan on and only in my knick, no top. I notice that if the temp gets about 14-15 degrees I really start to feel it.
