I was anxiously awaiting to see how this turned out. I have a new Sensium frame on the way for my wife, now. Build will be Ultegra, with Zipp SLC bars, FSA seatpost & stem, and my Boyds.

Sorry guys. I've been slow on the updates.
The bike is assembled aside from tires, tubes, and a chain.

I'll get some pictures up tomorrow of the parts I've collected and their weights.
The upside to not having a job is that I have plenty of time to ride now. The downside is that I can't weigh the complete bike anymore. Oh well. I still have the gram scale and an abacus.

It's up and running. I'm just a slacker and only rode it for the first time 2 days ago.

Teaser pic.. I've been told that I'm like a crackhead when it comes to wrapping bars and routing cables. More than anything I'm just a little obsessive over ratty looking cable routing and wrap jobs.

Red Ritchey bars and stem look sweet in that photo. Let's see the whole thing!

I really dropped the ball on this thread. I have no idea what the bike ended up weighing. It's been fun riding it though.
Here are a few pictures out of the album.

We have a scale at the new shop. I'll take it in and weigh it tomorrow.

Hahaha, Mr. Gnar is a bit of a downhill guy - don't mind the pedals, we're lucky he doesn't have cross tires on this thing!
