Anyone experience problems with the left/right bushings joining the top of the sid shock to the pivot arm on the 2003 NRS? This frame is has only been ridden once and already has play in the bushing at this location. I've tightened it as far as the hex will go and still loose when pulling up and down on the seat while holding the back wheel with my foot to the ground.

Thanks

Exactly where is the play? at the actual point of attachment of the shock? or on the outside pivot? I believe the only pivot point on the frame that doesn't have sealed bearings is at the shock. It is possible to overtighten and crush a pivot (see the manual for torque settings). Mine is rock solid there, nor have I seen what you've described at the shop where I work, and we sell a lot of NRS's. Sounds like you might be missing a spacer or something. I would let the giant dealer where you bought it at take a look at it ASAP as you dont want to sideload that shock. Should be taken care of without issue.
