This bike would be a lot lighter if you just gave it to me. Then the Scott Foil in your possession would tip the scales at 0.00 kg :)

Nice bike!

How is this 16.3?

Wheels weigh 2000gms or somethng?

That is about the lightest groupset available. The rest isnt really heavy except the wheels I guess. This doesnt add up. Is that the actual weighed weight?

Put some 1250 gm tubulars on there and you would be at 15.4lbs alone with no other changes.

Bar and saddle are also quite heavy. Stem is heavier than some, but not terrible for an OEM bit.

stem mild offender
bars i have no idea but i think around 280-320 grams so about 50-100 grams compared to some moderate weight weenie bars.
saddel should be pretty heavy for a saddle, but it is not like you can drop 100grams without making some big conssesions.
wheelset is thw #1 offender at around 1900grams a pound could be taken of by a kinlin/ white industries combo.
tires with latex could save about 100-200 grams if you go with ultremo/vredestein combo.

latest issue of cycling plus weighed a 54cm scott foil with ultegra and it came out at about 7.6kg

Bars and stem - already on the list ... thinking sl-k
saddle - got my own
wheels are about 1780grams ... looking at some reynolds assaults when i lose 10kg ...

Beautiful bike!

You list 2012 Red for everything but it's actually 2008-10 Red. There was 2011 Red Black and now 2012 Red. Or were you planning to upgrade?

I get the feeling that the HMF frameset may be quite heavy. Anyone have any verified weights? They quote 840g for the HMX frame, but are mum on the HMF version.

I weighed my foil 15 frame, size 54 today. It was 1025g with the internal Di2 wires left in, but everything else stripped. Fork was 380g cut.

Like the look of these Scott Foils, will be interested to hear any feedback on how stiff you've found it around the BB?
