The colours of the name and torque texts are switched. So is one fake? I know other similar components have been faked in the past.

I wouldn't necessarily think so. Go to the extralite site and look in their bargain bin. They have (had) some stems with the printing all mixed round (upside-down logos etc)....all legit stuff. Perhaps this is the same. The company may have sold it off cheap....but this re-seller is picking that you won't notice. I don't care about graphics much, so it wouldn't annoy me unless I'd paid top dollar.
Updated: Racing again! Thought this was unlikely! Eventually, I may even have a decent race!

Ask Deda. That's the only way to be sure.

it may be the photo angle, but the one on the table appears to have a thicker wall around the steerer tube, and the triangular relief shape on the side of the stem looks more rounded. could be optical illusions.

Doesn't matter, they're both too heavy and overpriced.

I want to bring back this topic; has anybody heard of Deda fakes on ebay?
For example, I´ve spotted a Deda Zero100 stem in white which is glossy, the original is matte. It has steel screws and not the titanium ones.
Where are the Dedas made actually?
