It originally started life as a 2010 58cm Tarmac Elite with mostly Shimano 105 components. It was originally 19.5 lbs or 8,853g with Crank Bros. single Ti eggbeaters.

The bike has evolved extensively over the last 12 months and now the only items remaining from the original build are the cable housings, modified bar eng plugs and bar tape. The 2011 SL-2 frame is the workhorse Tarmac frame with the lower end 8R carbon. It's not the pro spec lightweight SL-2 from 2009 so it's pretty heavy for a carbon frame.

This is how it stands today: Any missing weights are simply because I forgot to weight before install or I can't recall the figures.

2011 56cm SL-2 frame/fork 68mm English threaded BB
OEM Cane Creek headset
Spinergy Stealth FCC (full carbon clincher) wheelset 1,515g w/o rim tape 1,550g w/tape
Vittoria Corsa Evo CX clincher tires
Continental 60mm valve stem tube on front (was between 70-80g if memory serves)
Unknown 80mm valve stem tube on rear wheel 111g
Zipp Service Corsa 120mm +/-6 degree stem
Zipp SL 46cm outside-to-outside traditional bend carbon handlebar
USE Alien carbon seatpost
S-Works seat binder clamp with ti bolt 15g
Specialized Romin Team ti railed saddle
Crank Bros. 4Ti Egg Beater pedals 167g
Planet-X CNC brakeset with Corima carbon specific cork pads 192g (total for both brakes including hardware) Originally 204g out of the box with Planet-X supplied Swiss Stop pads
Tuned 2012 Sram Force rear derailleur (163-164g)
2009 Sram Force shifters
2011 Sram Red front derailleur
KMC X10SL chain
2011 Sram Red 11-26 cassette
2011 Sram GXP bottom bracket (steel bearings)
2011 Sram Red 172.5mm compact carbon crankset 34/50
Token quick releases 37g
Chinese no name carbon bottle cages
Nylon bottle cage screws
Nylon bottom bracket cable guide screw

TOTAL WEIGHT = 15.62lbs or 7,091.5g

She's pretty close to being done but I'm planning for:
- a set of lightweight cables and housings
- a lightweight carbon headset top cap and aluminum bolt
- cutting a little length off the handlebar drops.
- Specialized Toupe Pro carbon railed saddle

Nice. I do think Tarmacs look so much better with traditional or neo-traditional handlebars. I think they can look not quite right with most
compact/ergo bars.
