Replaced the mounting Ak "nuts" with Al ones, also the brake pad mounting "T" nuts and the cable clamp bolts.

It's gram counting at it's finest :D

Which brand did you used for those special bolts?
What's the total weight saving?

This is more like a second race bike than a training bike!

You have reason!!
OK I will use it like a trainig bike (with Rigira wheels ... 2300gr set)
.... but (with corima wheels) I would use it for these races: TT and Flat / very fast races like italian's mediofondo.
http://www.granfondopinarello.com/?topi ... ltimetria#

heavier saddle

I prefer to use the same saddle

heavier post

You have reason. I need a suggestion.
I need a "all day use" seatpost D. 31,6 L. 250mm
Are you sure that Titaniun/Alloy seatposts are better?
Easton EC90 has a 5 years warranty. It has a "excellent vibration dampening".

Thank you for all suggestions!!

NB (A stupid question  )
Can I use a Titaniun seatpost in a titanium frame??
... It's better if I use an aluminum sleeve in the seat tube. (with a 27,2 seatpost)

See http://weightweenies.starbike.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1390 for discussion regarding carbon seatpost/aluminum shim in ti frames.
Be very careful with alu/ti contact!!! :!:
PS: Buona fortuna sul Zoncolan! :)

Albert Bold makes a very beautiful titanium post (and superb skewers).
Standard, UltraLite or Custom sizes, setback or none, and really elegant.
They are not inexpensive though.
Standard is 150g for 250mm/27.2 (US $ 133).
UltraLite is 124g for 250mm/27.2 (US $ 196).
He will make them in any size.

When you look at the post, I think not, because the diameter of the holes seems smaller than the diameter of the Tune's rails. Maybe he can make one custom for you.

Custom? I prefer to use a standar seatpost. (delivery time < 20 days)

With an aluminum sleeve I can use many others seatposts.
What do you think about these seats?

NB
Specifications:
Use: Every day
Max Weight: =< 220gr
Size: 27,2 / 250mm
My Weight: 68 Kg x 1,81 mt

Cinelli RAM: (Look cool but carbon)

American Classic 235mm 27,2 Titanium = 178gr

Selcof Titanium Seatpost 250mm 27,2 = < 200gr

Shimano Dura Ace Seatpost 250mm 27,2 = 195gr (It's used by Lance Armstrong)

Ritchey WCS Seatpost (Alloy) 250m 27,2 = 190gr (Claimed)

I think without sleeve is the best. Personally I would take an Extralite post, very light and 31.6mm

I would use one without sleeve.

If it were my frame, I'd use the Pazzaz full carbon post (it's the same as the Deda Black Stick), or why not use a RAM post to match the handlebars?

@Joel, Pogipolini(sp) make the nuts, my Record calipers weigh 296gm.
