My estimation would be about 500g for a Bora rim and 400g for the Hyperon.

I'll try a bit myself on this.

565 grams for a Bora Ultra 2 front wheel (claimed weight and from what I've found pretty spot on).

Minus about 75 grams for the 18 spokes and minus about 10 grams for the alloy nut/nipple setup.

Minus an estimated 90 grams for the carbon front hub.

Minus an estimated 10 grams (or is it 20) for the decals.

That leaves 380 grams (or less) for the (very robust and proven) rim.

Thanks for the estimate. I had sort of the same calculation as tommasini but I guess no one actually weighted one of these rims (which makes sense).
