Ive been looking for a good small rain cape everyone I seem to buy turn out to be baggy are there any close fitting ones out there?

it's a close fit, the fabric is stretchy enough to be snug - if you get the right size, i ordered based on chest size, fit is great

nice and light too

I've got a Gore Oxygen for when it turns nasty. Snug fit and a proper waterproof!
