Hi all WW,
I'm Jumm. I've been following this forum for long time, my last post was in 2008 so i already forget my username by now anyway, nice to be here posting my new bike at this time.
The frame is an aluminum Giant TCR something in S size, I just do sanding job and repaint in matt black(save 120g.) put a new Easton EC90SLX fork and every parts from my old bike. Now it weight as shown on a pic include front and rear lights, bottle cage and pedals.
The next step is reaching to reduce a half kg. so now I'm looking for Zipp VumaQuad(as i posted in Wanted forum ) new handle bar(now is Zipp, it was XXX but broken by bike crash few weeks ago) new cassette, headset, saddle and post. I'll post again when I got all stuffs.
Thanks for watching,
Cheers

Hi all, thanks for your attention
About the frame weight, it was 1350g. After took all finishing off, it down to 1185g. then I powder coating and finally it is 1240g which different to the black one, after sanding and coating with matt black's then weight reduce to 1195g.
Sorry for more pics, I'd like to but my wheels broke on one of the sprinting compettition in Thailand. So I decide to get a reynolds RZR to still this weight, a lots of pics will coming soon!
Ps. I use to built a Bianchi FG Lite for my client, the frame was 985g. on S size If I could find one, it's gonna be my next project!!

Damn thats sweet Didn't they make ultralight climbing versions of the TCR frame for Jalabert to use in the Tour mountain stages before the UCI minimum weight limit came in, maybe actually causing the weight limit to come in? I think I remember reading that the tube thickness was so thin that stones flying up dented the tubing? Imagine getting your hands on one of those

Yes they did. It was the TCR zero frame that was 2.2 lbs or 1000g. They painted part of the front triangle and the rest was anodized. I had two of the frames and still have one built up with random parts. I had the frame stripped and repainted by Rocky Mountain bikes and it weighs in at 1074g painted. Just imagine what the OP's bike would weigh with that frame.
The only issue is that the frame used a 1" steerer and the best forks for that frame and lighterst are the Easton EC90sl forks so really the OP's forks are much lighter.
This is how it looks now. This is 14lbs and the bars weight over 450g but this is just my town bike.
