@frankq: hope everything is fine with your wheels so far!? If you want me to check the problems at the beginning of your "conversation" with our Service Department, please send a copy of all eMails you sent&received to support[at]lightweight.info. I'll check where the delay came from.
For all others:
- the "support"-address leads to me. It's the best contact if you have problems/questions with/about Registration & ServiceUp.
- for repair, best contact would be "repair". This leads directly to the Service Department.
