S-Works is the best bang for the buck. Hollowgrams are to expensive.

Are there currently any adaptors or special BB to fit a Cannondale Hollowgram SL 2*10 to a standard 68 mm treaded? or a Pressfit 92?

Adaptors to BSA68 - yes! dr.cannondale.de does have complete kits.
PF92 , yes by me :) I´ve successfully made plastic (delrin) cups to accomodate BB30 bearings to PF92 shell (Scott Scale RC)

Light and stiff. Best that is out there.

Hollowgram SiSL is superior to anything else out there. Stiff, light and worth every Euro or Dollar spent. My Road bike's Hollowgram Si upgrade was more significant than my Campagnolo wheelset purchase. Cannondale still sets the standard on State-of-the-art drivetrain technology.....10 years running!

Regarding the Hollowgram crank, what parts are compatible between the road and mountain version. Obviously the spider is out, what about the bearing? spindle? Not sure about clearance issues with road length spindle on PF30 frame.

there are no mtb and road versions. The crank arms are all the same. Thee difference between mtb and road versions are spider and axle.

Bearings are the same. Road spindle would be too narrow for mtb frame

The bar just got raised with the introduction of the Hollowgram SI SL2 :D

Interesting if there will be the same style of chain ring/spider offered for the mountainbike version.

I have a brand new set of Hollowgram SISL MTb cranks in 172.5 that I am selling if that is of interest to anyone- PM me.
It will come with 64/104 spider but you can put an XX spider on if you want.
