I've heard Ti axles are less stiff than the Cromoly ones, is this true?

probably, titanium is hardly the stiffest material out there.... but pedal axles aint exactly long & there aint a great amount ov power going threw them anyway

Yes, when both have the same design, the CrMo one is stiffer.
Ti is flexier than CrMo.
