Both Mechanical and Electrical Di2 Compatible Frames

Can you guys list down all frames that are both mechanical and electrical compatible:

pretty sure any Di2 frame set is also cable compatible..

certain frames will only acomodate di2 'cause they lack the cable stops
i think the scott is a suspect, as is the trek.

All scott Foil models have identical frame design (with different carbon layup) and uses internal cable routing. Top of the line Foil Premium comes with Di2 and a Foil 10 comes with a mechanical Dura Ace gruppo.

Only the Foil Premium internal routing (openings) are suited for Di2 cables. You have to drill out the opening on mechanical frames to fit wires.

i think that this is the case for most of the other frames listed. they might have both an electronic and a mechanichal version but not one that does both without modifications.

But not the opposite, right? a carbon frame which is not dedicated specifically for di2 or eps won't be able to take it?

Also any electronic groupset need a specific crankset or it can be using any crank like sram red, force, FSA ect...?

The Madone 6 series works perfectly fine with both di2 and mechanical and comes with all the parts you need to go back and forth.
