Is this a Storck Fenomalist? What year? Seems like a cheap price?

I think it's a Fascenario 0.8. It's not a Fenomalist, as they have a tapered top tube and flattened down and top tubes. It's not a Absolutist or Scenario either, as they have wishbone seat stays. The fork is right for a Fascenario 0.8, too.

Thanks. Any comments on what such a bike is worth roughly? $1300US seems pretty cheap, even for a used and resprayed bike with Chorus 10?

I like the look of the frame, and it would definitely be unique around here.
