Even after all the massive bowls of pasta and loads of chipotle tacos I'm finally down to my race weight.
19
1.7m
60kg
FTP- 305 watts
Pretty excited to be over the 5.0 watts/kg mark; one year into cycling and I'm getting pretty good

w/kg alone doesn't win races....
Height: 185.4cm
Weight: 71.3 kg
FTP: (last test) 330w
w/kg: 4.62 and I'm not winning at the level the chart says I should be. Oh wait, that's because you can't measure AWC in w/kg

Wiggins isn't even that light...

Yeah. I'm not either. Early last year I got down to 66 kg. That was light for me, but it's a "mortal" weight. Andy is my height and well below that, but I'll never get down that far. In fact, 68 kg makes me relatively happy and I ride pretty well at that. Almost there. I'll probably get that for late July and August. 67 would be great, but I don't think I'm hitting that this year, as I'm in the part of the season where I'm more concerned with maintaining than trying to drop weight. I dont ride well if I'm aiming specifically at dropping weight too much. Going to aim for a peak season weight of 66-67 for next year. I just didn't hit the timing right this year. Various reasons. I at least know I can do it though.

and the 68 listed there is about what I have seen him at over the years.
