No, but I can get one tonight or tomorrow morning. They're super, super dirty so I'd have to dust at least 1 side off a bit.

KWalker, a mate of mine is looking to build wheel set same your HED/CK build but using a heavier spoke as he is a big guy (over 100kgs). How have you found yours?

Troy at Fairwheel built mine and they have been great. I'm only 158 lbs at the moment, but I do a ton of riding on less than ideal roads with lots of gravel, trails, rough pavement etc. They haven't budged a mm and are still perfectly true and perfectly round. I had almost the same build before but 24/28 with CX-rays and these are much, much stiffer.

The way Troy explained it was that CX-Rays technically aren't a stiff spoke (good s to w though) so lacing them 2x won't really build an outright stiff wheel. Lacing them half radial or triplet as most manufacturers do solves this problem completely, but there's no way to really triplet lace a King hub and half radial builds can be bad if you break a spoke since the wheel will go out of true a lot more. I ended up going 2x all the way around with Sapim Race, which are much stiffer. The weight of the set increased by almost 200g, but since I now have 8 more, heavier spokes it makes sense.

The wide rims ride really well and I've always been a fan of the HED quality. I'm sure you could go lighter if you wanted to, but I told Troy that I want these wheels to be something I keep and ride every day for 5 years without ever having to think about them. That's exactly what I got.

Chorus 11 Shifters
Chorus 11 Front Mech

Record 11 chain
Chorus 11 casette 12/27
Fulcrum Racing 1

Very nice caad9!
I'll be finishing my very similar build at the end of the week. Did you weigh the final setup?

Wow, these are some sweet bikes.

I didn't want to start a whole new thread for this, so I wanted to ask the CAAD10 owners a question.

I'm looking for a headset to replace the high tange seiki on the stock CAAD10. I was wondering what are some good options. I see people using Cane Creek, and some others, so I was just looking for some input, and what specs/or specific models I should be looking at. Also, I know that the stock CAAD10 stem is +/- 6 degrees, but what is the length of the stock CAAD10 stem? Thanks for the help in advance.
