Did you remove the decals from the Easton fork yourself? If so, can you tell me how you did it.

@ SWijland : Yes I did it myself, also those on wheels and seatpost. I use thin water sandpaper to remove the original clear coat and the decals, and then apply matte varnish.

Wow - that's a super job. Very clean looking bike.

How big do the holes need to be? How did you get the cables round the bb? Can you show some more pictures?

Impressive job! The lever conversion is really well executed. Nice choice of parts, especially the combination of Di2 derailleurs with the Chorus compact crank and black rings. I would go with some better looking brake calipers though, such as the older record differential in black or black ee-brakes.

Great looking bikes.

Do you like the Carbon-Ti ring combo on the XC bike? Happy with the shifting? Is the tolerance and finish on the splines good?

edit: Did you modifiy the spindle for the Hollowgrams yourself or buy it from somewhere like DrCannondale?

The mostly stripped Campagnolo crankset looks fantastic compared to stock, I don't know why more people don't do that too!

According to Shimano specs, holes must be 8x7mm to fit dedicated grommets properly. (Wire instructions, see page 18)
Only two wires go round th BB : Main wire come from down tube and go to seat tube, and rear derailleur wire come from seat tube and go to chain stay. To secure them I put Shimano inner BB sleeve between Campy cups, it works.

Carbon Ti Integral ring is very fine. Works flawlessly while riding but shifting is not as cutting edge compared to shimano or sram. Very good however. Building and spline interface are perfect.
In my humble opinion this kind of ring require 122mm hollowgram axle. Dr Cannon's 132mm can work but chainline is then very poor. Mine is 122mm, and modification was done by a machinist.

Was the new axle made from scratch or do you know if material was somehow added to the bearing surfaces for the outboard cups?
