After teardown I didn't bother removing hanger and bottom bracket was already installed so this weight includes those two items.
Safe bet the bottom bracket is close to 70g and the hanger is probably 10g or more. So the weight is impressive.

Thanks for the weight. Weren't these suppose to be closer to 690-low 700g range? I know this has the bb and rear hanger.

Wish we could get the weight of one completely bare i.e. without the bottom bracket installed.

695 for a 56 was normalized weight not actual.

I have a ceramic SRAM PF30 BB and without the metal bearing shields it weighs 70g. The SRAM PF30 BB in the Evo is a little different and has plastic bearing shields but I would bet it's real close to that 70g mark.
The hanger is a total guess but it is a pretty beefy hanger so it has to be at least the 10g I am assuming. That puts bare frame at 735g.

Crank arms seem heavy. My NDS crank arms are 136g and 137g for my two SISL cranks.

I forgot the Evo Ultimate was the "normalized" weight. Thanks.

Sorry that was with the bolt per side on the crank arms.

Thanks for posting all the weights and info.

Crank arm bolts for me were 15g for the two. So ~7-8g a piece. Btw, what length are your crank arms?172.5 or 175?

That is pretty impressive. My 54 cm black and white Evo without BB but with the hanger was 800g even. All that paint...... But I am still happy since I think I got a pretty decent deal for the frameset.

Still no Evo under 700grms as claimed . They make a big deal about the weight and yet not one so far under 700grms . Seems that you may have to get a 54cm scrape the paint off and you might get there . I think Cannondale are not being open honest. Thats not what is advertised. Scrape the paint off and you might get the weight advertised.

Haha, 'normalized'!

To answer the question above 172.5

As far as normalized that wasn't Cannondale that did that it was Tour magazine. Which is why there is an * next to it on Cannondales site.

If you weight without BB do you know what the BB weighted for the SRAM pressfit with Cannodale specific bearing shields?

Also fork weight is pretty good considering most come in around 350g without crown race. That weight is uncut.

I am waiting on Praxis chainrings to come from FairWheel to move forward with the build at this point.
Once I get it completed I will later start further reducing weight. For now I Want to get it on the road and sell my old R3 frameset.

They fudged the truth on the actual weight of the EVO frame. It makes you wonder about all the other claims, like being the most aero, stiffest, fastest, blah blah blah, frameset. They know that we could not really test any of those other things, so companies can say whatever the hell they want and people just eat it all up.

Since no one gets it. TOUR Magazine came up with the normalized weight and stiffness rating NOT Cannondale.

http://www.cannondale.com/supersixevo#2

At about 735g in a 56cm I don't see why everyone is making such a big deal it's about 6% and there are a lot of manufacturers lying about weight of thier own claims.
The claim here is not Cannondale's claim but I guess people have reading comprehension issues. I did not expect 695g frame cause I can read.
