big battery art yes. Need to get the size of that down before I'd put it on my bike.

Methinks they've just been forced into it by Shimano, thank heavens.

Touched, seen, or actually used it?

I have not, but I would like to! I'm saying, now that Shimano have come out with their internal seatpost battery - so getting rid of their ugly lump - I'm looking forward to Campy doing the same.

Hopefully you will be able to upgrade to whatever battery they offer later on.....but I have a feeling it will be $$$$$ as the brains are inside the battery.

Not used it. Sure it's good. The shifters look superb IMO.
I'd like to go Campag electric but won't until that battery shrinks significantly.

Battery weight here: 163g

The new shifter shape compared to mechanical shape. They have the same shape brake blade and hood but the EPS has a lot more girth at the bottom. It feels really good and has a lot more space for the fingers to land. The EPS lever is hollow inside so the new shape is all about ergonomics and not done to accommodate the electronics.
