or are there sadlles (like faaliante with ksirium rails or san marco regal) that have more space to adjust

The Airone has nice, long rails.

I thought the 56cm and bigger have offset seatpost. 54cm and smaller get a no-offset.

So, you are saying Scott doesn't have any offset posts for any sizes?

It's a custom made design for the Foil, no aftermarket is available.

To the OP, I don't know. Arione has longer rails.

Zigmeister, offset posts exist, they just appear not to be available?

Here is a photo of it in the wild form an earlyish review: http://triathlete-europe.competitor.com ... oil/18.jpg

I have a setback seatpost that I don't want. (I ordered and received a replacement non-setback post from Scott a while back.)

They are not cheap though!

I hope it is not too late. PM me if you would like to grab it from me.

It is a Team Issue (the red/orange colour.)

I have a 20 also but with the straight post. If you can sell or return your new one I'd happily trade mine for your lay back post...my rails are all the way slammed back!

I wish but i have been using my new a for a week already, the one i got from SCOTT is also the WCS version that comes with the 10, Team & Premium and the back doesn't have the 20's matching colors...

As a matter of fact, i was thinking of removing the color of my Original because some of the paint is wore off below #4.

Was hoping to bump this up. Got a Team Foil. 56cm. Came with a 40 offset. I really need a zero offset.

Did guys that needed a new post get one through their Scott dealer? Pricing?

Thanks

Yep, through the Scott Dealer. In Australia it was more than the USD$200 quoted above. More like $350 from memory.

I still have my setback red post available if anyone wants it? PM me.

Thanks for that. Finally got a call back from my local dealer. They have them in stock $179.99...not as painful as I thought considering it is proprietary. You could pay almost that much with any other brand name for a seatpost...
