Isis or Octalink BB?

I've seen 105 Octalink BBs for sale new... but I wouldn't get one of those. No Ultegras. Sometimes the DAs can be found, but the price is pretty high now. If you buy a DA used in good condition on ebay it will likely be fine.

Dura-Ace Octalink BBs are still available from Shimano in both the loose ball/roller and a newer cartridge design as it is a 'current' model.

Their track cranks have never gone external so the Octalink is the BB for them.
Success is how far you you bounce back up after being knocked down
