That is an open mould frame, called the FM098, made by DengFu.

Yes, my friend has two DengFu frames and he is quite pleased with them. A bit heavier than the name brand frames but very stiff. He has the FM018 TT frame and FM098 ISP.

I suggest you look at RoadBikeReview forums, they have many threads on Chinese unbranded frames, wheels and other components. :thumbup:
