My new bike

Here is my new cyclocros bike. It's for training and some competion. I rode a mountainbike every winter but now I want to try cyclocros. If I like it I will replace some parts for better ones next year.
Here is the photo with training wheels, I will make some other photo's with the competition wheels. It's clincher but I got that Tufo clincher tube, has someone experince with them?

The tubular clinchers work just fine. I have found that you have the run them a little higher than the Tufo tubulars, but they feel much better than the Michelins. Run the Michelins in the big mud. For the dry, damp, grassy courses, the Tufos excel.

Are they Michelins? I have a set of MTB tires like that that are green. they're Michelin Wildgripper.

They look like Michelin Muds... Good mud tire, I've been using the Tufo Tubular Clinchers for almost 2 months now, and would recommend them on dry/wet grass, not so hot in the slick mud thou.
I'm not a fan of the tubular clinchers, seen more than one roll off the rim when run at low pressure. Recently a guy managed to take out a good portion of the Gloucester B field when his front rolled off in the sprint for the hole shot...but thats just my 2 cents...

I heard about that from a lot of racers, I was at the first turn so I never saw it. I thought that was because some lady walked into the race right when it went off... a tire may have rolled because of the crashing, but I wouldn't blame the tire for the crash...

I ran them on a set of my wheels for a full season without any issues.
Sweet ride, Stoeperd! Make's my cross bike jealous! I've been thinking of going to single chain ring, a combination that I'm not strong enough to push the larger chain ring other than during the first lap, and the Campy Veloce Front Derailleur is pretty useless (doesn't shift up when under load) in a race situation... mostly the later, I wouldn't know what it's like to be in the large chain ring (48t) later in the race b/c I can't ever get the chain up there! heh

Bar: Ritchey Comp 400mm.
Stem: Woodman 120mm 0 degrees.
Saddle: Selle San Marco Base, looking for another don't like the look of it.
Seat pin: Woodman.
BB: Shimano Ultegra.
Crankset: Shimano Ultegra one chainring 42, with 2 chainguards.
Pedals: Time attac, there are coming new ones in black color.
Chain: Connex Wippermann gold.
Cables: Normal black.
Wheels:
Mavic Open Pro, Ultegra, Michelin cyclo cross Sprint .
Mavic Cosmos Black, Tufo clincher tubes.

I've ride today my first race on my cross bike and my first race on a cross bike. It was a region race and I finished 4th, not bad I think with a very bad condition. I had a blessure the hole road season and I'm "training" since 4 weeks now, a few ours on a normal tempo.
