Darn near perfect build, I love this bike. Loving seeing the THM brakes and cranks together.

I did prefer the look with the white saddle and tape. That said, the work you did on that speedneedle is quite impressive.

Do you plan on cutting the steerer down a bit or is it there for future adjustment?

Hi bill,

I know what you mean about the white, it was just too hard to keep clean. I found the quality of leather on the speedneedle to be quite poor. I wanted to to work, maybe I'll have it custom covered.

About the steerer, my extralite stem arrived last night and I cut it down to fit that. 10mm below and 5mm above just to be safe. When my new pedals arrive it will be finished and I'll take some better shots.

It's Looking pretty slick, you could shorten your shifter housings so they don't touch each other. They will wear off the ano at the contact points, plus it'll be more aero having them in tight
When we gona go for a roll ? I'm working on those vinyl cut decals for the wheels too in black of course

Nice weights..

New wheels with the extralite hubs would be sub 900g :unbelievable:
Bike looks pretty dam nice be nice to see it in real life.
I showed your pictures to a friend whos a very good photographer and cyclist ( the bearded guy you came riding with )
He thinks we should have a little parlee shoot with both bikes

I'm sure we could find a few grams with a little optimization

I like your small upgrades. DLC cables and extralite jockeys good choices
