OK!

So is it just me that thinks the price of Di2 DA shifters are crazy for the brake lever and 2 micro switches????

I'm keen to know if someone has done this mod?

Ultegra di2 would be overkill. Pretty much any brake lever will do

Di2 DA and Ultegra have very different wiring AFAIK, not as simple as just the switches, actual chips are in physically different places
