Which is the best 'compact' handlebar to use with Sram Red 2011 shifters?
Now I have an Easto EC90slx carbon handlebar.
I like my shifters rather high but they don't seem to fit quit well.
Meaning that the transition from the shifter to the handlebar is not so smooth.
I was thinking of an FSA compact handlebar?

This might not be of any help at all to you, but I use some fairly old Easton EA90 Equipe Pro handlebars. They aren't what are currently marketed as "compact" bars, but rather are simply short reach (~75mm) and shallow drop (~130mm) classic bend bars. They don't have the variable curve of what are called compact bars.
On the other hand, the curve is quite a bit different than other short/shallow classic bars like the Ritchey or Deda newton or 215. The transition to the Red hoods is really smooth, even for the way I have mine mounted, fairly high. And the brakes are easy to reach from the drops too - I have fairly small hands.
You can find these bars on Ebay from time to time used or NOS, weight ~200g or less, ebay cost usually $100US or less. FWIW.
